Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 can have EITHER 2 x singles in each or they can be made into a super king as request of the guest. We kindly ask you give us as much notice as possible to allow for this though (3+ days if possible, best to request when you book)

We have a hot tub for guests to use, we just ask that you shower before going in to help with the upkeep and maintenance and so we can keep it nice for all guests. 

We are in a quiet residential area and therefore there is a NO party policy. We also have a no noise after 10pm rule. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in you being asked to leave the property. 

Castle Donington is a thriving village/ town with lots going on! 

From Donington Park racetrack which is within walking distance, to the East Midlands airport which is easily accessible via a short bus ride that you can catch from the end of our road just 1 minute walk, this also goes right by the race track. 

We have a Sainsburys local 5 minute walk away as well as Aldi and Co Op supermarkets in the village, plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, pubs and even barber shops and hair dressers!
