With a large sofa bed big enough for 2 adults in the lounge, this house can comfortably accommodate 8 people. Free parking on the driveway and a short walk to a number of pubs, shops and restaurants!

We have a dart board and pool table / snooker table. Perfect for unwinding after a long day at work or out with family and friends. 

The pool table drops down and has a table top to make into a dining table and the chairs are fully stackable to move out of the way when playing pool. 

East Midlands Parkway rail station is under 10 minute drive. 

M1 Junction 24 is 2 minute drive, as is the A50 across to Stoke-On-Trent, Alton Towers etc. 

2 Minutes drive from the M1 junction 24, we are within a stones throw to East Midlands Airport and Donington Park Race Track. We're also very close to Nottingham and Derby if you're visiting the city for an event or maybe some shopping and dining out. 

We're in the heart of the national forest so you can find endless countryside walks within a short drive of the property. 

East Midlands Parkway is our nearest train station at approx. 8 minute taxi ride to our property.
