It is located on the 1st floor of the block and only accessible via steps at the front of the building. Free, gated parking on-site for 1 vehicle. We have fast WiFi and a smart TV that you can login to your accounts on and stream apps such as Netflix, iPlayer, etc.

The main bus stop is situated a 1 minute walk away and has great links to East Midlands Airport, Donington Park Racetrack as well as Derby, Nottingham and Leicester!

Our property is a 1 min walk from the main bus stop with excellent transport links to East Midlands Airport (Approx. 10 mins MAX) Doinington Park Race Track (Approx. 5 mins) and Leicester, Derby and Nottingham.
