Nestled in a peaceful haven just steps away from a picturesque canal and river, this charming cabin offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. We have a spacious open plan living space, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. A fully-equipped kitchen & 3 cosy bedrooms. Modern family bathroom with free standing bath, as well as an en-suite with walk in shower!

5 minute drive from the A50 and approx. 10 min drive from the M1 motorway and A38. We are in close proximity to Derby, Burton-Upon-Trent, Stoke, Nottingham and more! We are within half an hour of Ashbourne and the foot of the Peak District National Park!

Nestled in the Derbyshire countryside, our cabin is located on a holiday park within walking distance of the canal with beautiful footpaths to walk along! We're also close to the river trent and the historic swarkestone bridge! 

Within 5 minute drive we have a Hickory's smokehouse and several country pubs. You can also walk to Weston-On-Trent and Aston-On-Trent where you'll find a selection of amazing pubs and restaurants!
